Results are typically available within 3-5 business days after the laboratory receives your sample. You'll be notified via email when your results are ready.
Absolutely. Your health data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent. All shipments are in discreet packaging.
No prescription is needed for most of our tests. However, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider to understand your results and determine the best course of action.
We accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Mada, and STC Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Unopened test kits can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Once opened, test kits cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Each kit comes with detailed, easy-to-follow instructions. Most tests require either a saliva swab, finger prick blood sample, or urine sample. No medical knowledge is required.
All orders are shipped from our facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Delivery takes 24-48 hours within KSA.
