11. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Selfwell Plus, you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
22. Product Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
33. Payment Terms
We accept payment via Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, mada, and STC Pay. Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched. All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable taxes. Your payment information is processed securely and we do not store credit card details.
44. Delivery & Shipping
Standard delivery takes 24-48 hours within Saudi Arabia. Express delivery options are available in major cities. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Selfwell Plus is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
55. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our medical products, we cannot accept returns once the package seal has been broken. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. To request a return, contact our customer service at info@selfwell.com.sa with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
66. Product Usage
Our health testing kits are for personal use only and should be used according to the provided instructions. Results should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional. Selfwell Plus provides testing services but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your doctor regarding any health concerns.
77. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information and test results are protected under our Privacy Policy. We use bank-level encryption and never share your data without explicit consent. Test results are stored securely and are only accessible to you through your account.
88. Warranty & Liability
We warrant that our products are CE certified and meet all applicable safety standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
99. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for: • Providing accurate delivery information • Following product instructions correctly • Storing test kits as directed • Returning samples within specified timeframes • Notifying us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery
1010. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
